At the recently concluded 5th edition of the Delta State Communication Workshop, Comrade Kenneth Okorie, Chairman of the Delta State Chapter of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, presented the “Best Performing Communication Strategist Award” to Dr. Oghenesivbe Wilfred Latimore, Director General of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau.
