Speaker Jatau, Ex- Speaker Balarabe condoles NAGIS DG Sunny Agassi over mother’s demise
The Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau, and the Immediate Past Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, have offered condolences to Hon. Sunny Agassi, Director General of Nasarawa Geographic Information Service (NAGIS), on the demise of his mother, Mama Saraya Bayi.
Speaker Jatau and Balarabe Abdullahi, while condoling with Hon. Agassi today at his hometown in Agwade, Obi LGA, described the death of his mother as a profound loss, not only to the family but also to Obi LGA and the state at large.
According to the two leaders, Mama Saraya lived a commendable and fulfilling life worthy of admiration, praying for God’s solace for the family and her eternal rest.
They also noted that her passing has created a significant void that is difficult to fill.
” Please accept our heartfelt condolences and may her soul rest in peace”
They urged Hon. Agassi and his entire family to bear the irreparable loss and accept God’s will.
In response, Hon. Sunny Agassi, the Director General of NAGIS, expressed his gratitude to the two leaders and their entourages for standing by him during his trial moment and prayed for God’s abundant blessings upon them.
Reports indicated that both serving and former lawmakers accompanied the two leaders during their condolence visits.
